A Home With a Past (And I’ve Walked It Every Step of the Way)
I first sold this home in 2013 to my client Greg — a bachelor with great intentions and a love for Point Venture’s quirky architecture. Over the next decade, the house earned a reputation in the neighborhood as that A-frame — dramatic, memorable, full of potential, and full of some, shall we say, creative decisions.
Greg recently moved away, and once again trusted me to handle the sale.
This time, a group of thoughtful, kind investors stepped in. They didn’t just want a project — they wanted a story. Something meaningful. Something that would bring a Point Venture classic back into its glory.
And so the Venture Adventure was born.
The Vision: A Modern Lake House With Soul
This is more than new paint and pretty tile.
We’re reimagining the structure from the ground up while honoring the elements that made it iconic.
